Mr. Murray is a native of Raleigh, North Carolina and focuses his legal practice in the areas of business, tax and estate planning. He understands the needs of his clients and strives to diligently and effectively represent their interests. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a Sales Representative with Utility Management Services as well as a Consultant with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Murray is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters Degree in Accounting which affords him the ability to provide a legal and accounting perspective to each client matter, whether working with a closely-­‐held business to ensure coordination with their estate plan or representation of a taxpayer with a dispute with the North Carolina Department of Revenue or Internal Revenue Service.

Mr. Murray is very active within the community and has served as a Board Member for National Students of AMF and Advisory Board Member for the Wake Forest Boys & Girls Club. He is an active member of Forest Hills Baptist Church and lives in Raleigh with his wife Elizabeth and daughter Caroline.
